Security Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n

A deposit of 500 Euros will be held via bank card as a security deposit upon check-in and will be returned within 7 calendar days after the guest’s departure if the rules are respected and after checking the condition of the apartment. The credit card provided will only be used as a guarantee for the reservation.<\/p>\n

Applicable Discounts<\/strong><\/p>\n

10% discount for stays of 60 days or more.
\n15% discount for stays of 90 days or more.
\nSpecial 7% discount for Bamblue Members Club members.<\/p>\n

Included in the stay<\/strong><\/p>\n

Supplies: water, electricity and high-speed WiFi (maximum consumption 100 kW of energy and 5 m3 of water per person\/month).
\nKitchen equipment (kitchenware, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave-grill, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster)
\nTowels and bed linen.
\nWeekly change of sheets included
\nWeekly cleaning service (except kitchen) included.
\nUse of barbecue and pool services included.
\nSpecial rates for parking at the establishment.<\/p>\n

Payment and cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

The full amount must be paid within 5 days prior to arrival.
\nIf the reservation is cancelled 5 days or more in advance, no cancellation fee will be applied.
\nIf the reservation is cancelled 5 days or less in advance, cancellation fees will be 100% of the total amount.
\nNo refunds will be made for no-shows or early departures.<\/p>\n

Tourist tax<\/strong><\/p>\n

The tourist tax, not included in the price, is a tax from the regional government that we must collect during the stay. The amount is \u20ac0.66 per adult (+16) per night, with a maximum of 7 nights (i.e. a maximum of \u20ac4.62 per person). <\/p>\n

Guest registration<\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with current regulations, local and regional authorities require mandatory registration of all occupants. The number of people staying must not exceed the maximum number indicated in the original reservation. Any new visitors must be notified immediately to reception for their corresponding registration and payment of the supplement for the stay.<\/p>\n

Basic rules of conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guests must leave the furniture in the same condition as it was when the apartment was handed over. Guests are also responsible for keeping the apartment clean and depositing rubbish in the containers provided outside the building. Parties or events are prohibited in the apartment. The night-time silence hours must be respected. Failure to comply with this rule may be grounds for reporting to the competent authorities. Smoking and\/or tampering with fire detectors is prohibited. Fine 500 + report to authorities.
