Reservations and payment methods

To confirm the apartment, a 50% advance payment is required. You can pay by credit card, using a secure link that we will send you. The rest of the amount, together with the deposit, must be paid before arrival using another secure link.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. In case you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us with your reservation number at bookings@bamblueapartments.com

Yes, the tourist tax. This is a tax from the regional government that we must collect during the stay. The amount is €0.66 per adult (+16) per night, with a maximum of 7 nights (i.e. a maximum of €4.62 per person).

All apartments require a security deposit of 200 Euros. The refund will be made on the day of departure using the same method used to pay it, once the apartment has been inspected. The tourist tax will be deducted from this amount, if it has not been paid during the stay: 0.66€ per adult (+16) per night, with a maximum of 7 nights (i.e. maximum of 4.62€ per person).

Babies aged 0-2 years are free of charge. We offer cots and highchairs free of charge upon request and confirmation of availability. Children aged 3 years and older must be counted in the total number of people.

Yes, all utilities are included: water, electricity, internet. In the case of long stays, this is also included, as long as it is within the parameters of normal consumption. The maximum consumption is 100kW of energy and 5m3 of water per person/month, so higher consumption is considered extraordinary and derived from an incorrect use of resources.

Yes, all apartments include bed linen and towels.

Pool towels are available at reception (€).

Depending on the rate you have booked, you may or may not have to pay cancellation fees. You can check this in your reservation. If you have any questions, please contact us at bookings@bamblueapartments.com

We have parking spaces within the complex, two of which are for electric cars. Parking spaces are subject to a fee. Once you have made your reservation, please contact us and we will confirm availability and price: bookings@bamblueapartments.com.

Arrival at the apartment

Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is from 11am.

We have a luggage storage room to store your belongings, in case you arrive early or want to stay later.

Our apartments have electronic locks that work with your mobile phone (via Bluetooth) or with a numeric code. We will send you a message a few days before your arrival, so that you can register the guests (check-in) and sign the contract. We will also send you a security link to proceed with the payment of the remaining amount. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a link on your mobile phone that will allow you to open the access doors to the building and your apartment. You will also have a 6-digit code. The standard check-in time for all apartments is from 4 p.m.

Our reception hours are from 10am to 7pm (April-October) and from 11am to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm the rest of the year. Outside of these hours, we have an emergency telephone available.

Apartment rules

– Respect the furniture and facilities of both the apartment and the complex. – Ensure that the neighbors rest, so during the hours 24h-8h the absence of noise, music, etc., that could disturb normal coexistence is required. Outside of these hours, the noise level must be standard.
– Smoking inside the apartments is prohibited.
– Organizing parties is prohibited.
– The common areas outside must be kept clean, collecting any utensils and waste that we may leave behind.
– On the day of departure, the apartment must be left free of trash and with the kitchen clean and tidy.

We ask that you contact us immediately to verify the severity of the damage. We will do our best to fix or replace the broken part(s) and assess how much will be charged for the damage caused.

No, the person who makes the reservation and signs the rental contract must be over 25 years old.

No, they are not allowed.

No, smoking is not permitted in the apartments. However, smoking is permitted on balconies or terraces and in smoking areas in common areas, where indicated.

– The pool is open from 8am to 12am (June-September) and from 10am to 7pm (rest of the year). The pool will be closed from 1 November to 31 March
– There is no lifeguard service
– It is mandatory to shower before swimming in the pool
– Children must be supervised by an adult
– Drinking or eating in the pool is prohibited
– Jumping or pushing is prohibited

Our common areas (solarium, barbecue, terrace) are available to our guests.

Cleaning and tidying up after use is required.

Furniture cannot be reserved if it is not in use.

The barbecue is available to our customers from 10am to 10pm. Once used, it must be left with clean utensils and in its place, as well as clean and tidy tables and chairs.
